I have one (minor) issue. I realize that the maids have to move things to clean surfaces but I would like them to put the items back where they found them. For example, I keep my perfume and soap on the right side of the bathroom sink. They moved them to the left side. They moved some shoes I had on the floor by the recliner to a table by the door. I spent 5 minutes looking for them. Again, this is a minor irritant and does not detract from the good service you and they generally provide.
The people who come to my home to clean are always friendly and courteous. They always do a very good job and I would recommend your company to anyone needing the service.
I like it when at least one member of the team is the same for 2 or 3 times in a row. I understand the reasons to alternate shifts, but I think it does tend to help form a relationship between Merry Maids and myself.

I have been very happy with your staff. Everyone has been friendly and committed to doing a good job. My only concern would be that some of the products used are not very good. For example, whatever my kitchen sink was cleaned with, did not eliminate the stains. I used some Comet, and the sink came out clean and white. Over-all, I am very happy with the service I have received, and again, your staff is wonderful! Name removed
