I have been very fortunate to have only one lady come to clean our house. I can trust her to do good job and she does what needs to be done. We have 3 dogs now and and they are afraid of the vacuum so we have it arranged for her to vacuum in the bedroom and master bath with the door closed. When she is finished there we move the dogs into the bedroom and close the door so she can vacuum the rest of the house. She is very good to make sure she meets all our needs. That is why when Sam is unavailable to clean we skip our cleaning days until she is available. We don't want to try to train another person to clean. Sam is just the best!

Merry Maids is wonderful!! They have great communication, you always have a person answer the phone. They stand by their clean guarantee always have follow up emails to make sure the customer satisfied.
The women that I met all seem super friendly and work so very hard. When I walk through the front door after the house has been cleaned I’m literally overjoyed!! I can now enjoy my weekends with my family without taking a full day to clean.
As far as product’s that they use, I’m not sure what they are (I wish I did) because they are magic!!

Where do I begin??? You have no idea the happiness I felt when I walked into my townhome. It smelled so fresh and looked like it was something out of Better Homes and Gardens !! Everything was immaculate and things were placed back PERFECTLY where they belonged. I do not know what they are using to vacuum but whatever it was it made my carpeting look brand new. I am a single woman and only need Merry Maids 4 times a year When I walked in and saw my home and the joy it gave me I was ready to reconsider more frequent visits from Merry Maids because merry is totally the operant word for what then will do for my, (your) home.

They are very good at cleaning hard to reach areas. I appreciate their attention to details.

For the first visit the service was good. There are some areas which I think can be done better but with this being the first time, will need to see if they improve or continue to be a miss.
