I LOVE that the products are environmentally friendly. I’m a newbie today this service and pretty sure I’ll be a lifer if it’s up to me!😏 It’s so nice to come home to a clean house. The clincher for me was the details. The angels come and dust - light fixtures, pictures, decor, baseboards, etc…. It’s all the things that I’m not able to do regularly. We just built our house and I wanted to keep it looking pristine. I LOVE MY MERRY MAID ANGELS! 🥰

We've only had our initial deep cleaning of the office, but JoJo was amazing! The other two people with JoJo weren't quite as thorough but we are overall pleased with service so far.

The products had a nice clean smell when you come in the house. The two girls that came out seem to be very efficient and polite. They even got a bathtub clean that I was not able to do,they did a very good job on it. They did a very good job overall.

For the most part, the people who clean the house do a good job and are reasonably quick.

As a first time user of any cleaning service, I was nervous about others doing "my" work and subsequent judgement of that job to date. They made the entire experience easy and extremely non-judgemental. They did an excellent job for a deep cleaning that was way overdue. Since they are paid by the job and not the hour, it didn't change my bill at all when they ran out of time and had to call in reinforcements. The house was so clean that we didn't want to cook or use the bathrooms for days! I can't wait for them to return for regular maintenance cleaning. It has taken a huge burden off of me and allowed time for the things I want to do. Thank you Merry Maids!

The only issue was the footprints left by the bathroom tiles still being damp. And they almost felt sticky. I had to re-mop them with a damp towel to remove the film.

Like having the same staff coming each time. Helps to get to know them and feel comfortable.

The electric sweeper used by Merry Maids guarantee that carpet nap leaves a rug looking new again. Floors are spotless and one has a good feeling after checking the house that indeed, Merry Maids did an excellent job.
