I've only had the cleaners come once since I just started the service this week but I love the customer service the most so far. I had some issues with the cleaners, which I have already talked to the rep who was really nice and understanding. The ladies are super nice when I do see them. The house always look great. Sometimes there are places that have been missed, but it is not a constant thing.

We seem to have the same team working in our house as much as possible so things are done in a consistent fashion.

Cleaning is very consistent. I love that they even clean the animal dishes and fill the water bowel for them.

Carlos and his crew went above and beyond in their efforts. When they arrived at the house to find the water had been shut off, they worked to get it back on so they could complete the job. The entire staff was informed and kept me aware of the situation, given that I was 2500 miles away.

The MMs are always professional. They arrive within the timeframe specified, or call if their circumstances change. The MM office is very accommodating if my circumstances change and I need to reschedule a date.

Reliable, efficient, good results

This is actually my second time using Merry Maids, I used them when I lived in Richmond. The service is just as good here. The ladies are quick, thorough and courteous. I Am unable to see everything they do but my parents can and they are pleased and that alone makes me happy. I don't know what kind of products they use but my furniture sparkles. I can't say anything else but thank you, thank you, thank you for all the hard work and professionalism they produce.

I don't usually give a 10 to anyone. I have used numerous services over the years. I've only used Merry Maids for one year, but I am completely happy.
