Most of our cleanings have been exceptional. I like that the cleaners arrive on time and work quickly. However, I feel like we get a much better cleaning when we have 3 people rather than 2. I would prefer to always have 3 people.

I feel that they listen to your personal requests and likes and dislikes. After the first cleaning I called the office and talked about things that had been overlooked or forgotten, and since then it's been perfect. I feel if I am unsatisfied at all I am comfortable talking about it with them. They have a great team of employees that are all on the same page.
I do see at least one different lady each time so far but I like this company because it's family oriented. :)

One suggestion --When you have a new crew come into a house they should introduce themselves to the home owners. We seem to have a large number of new people from week to week coming to clean.

You come when say and aways try to accommodated me when I need to change days or times. Ladies are always pleasant and very helpful. My house is hard to clean because of all the stuff they have to work around. I always enjoy the clean smell your products produce. Penny Powell
