Aleta, thank you so much for your response. First, please accept my apology that we did not acknowledge your presence. That is the first thing we should do. I am the owner and Scott was at the register. That was an event day and I was expecting an appointment but that is no excuse for me or the staff. We have very seriously taken you comments to heart and are very appreciative that you took the time and provided a great reminder of the necessity to follow our procedure.
As you noticed, we are more than a shoe store. To provide our customers with the pleasure of foot comfort is our goal. So we are always seeking knowledge of shoes and foot functions to help ease hip, knee, back and foot pain. We sincerely hope that we will have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Appointments are available as we do spend a lot of time with those requiring a detailed analysis, special footwear fitting/selection or accommodations.
