The thing that impresses me the most about the Merry Maids cleaning service are the two gals that come in and do the work. They do a wonderful job of cleaning and always leave the home looking fantastic but more importantly you can tell they genuinely care.
I am usually happy with Merry Maids, but the dusting could be better. I found kitchen and other Cabinets are not done very well.. Other places too. this has been happening quite a few times lately.

I liked the ladies who cleaned my home. They were friendly and worked hard. They did a very nice job of cleaning my house and were very thorough. I would like them to come back and clean for me every month. I liked the products that they used and my house smelled so good after they were finished. I did not have to tell them what to do.

I enlisted the help of Merry Maids based off hiring them to do my moms house in Nebraska, and when my husband broke his hip. They have been coming to our home for almost a year now. The house always looks great when they leave, and they take great care of our wood floors. I have recommended them to my daughter-in-law, who is now using them in North Carolina and to a local friend. Both are using them!!

The cleaning crew is the same each time so no need for long expectation conversations. They do a very thorough job and are amenable to any special requests. They focus on the job, complete in 2 hours and do not spend time chatting or otherwise goofing off. PLUS one of them speaks English
