I like the way my home smells and looks after the Maids have been here. Very seldom is there something that isn't quite right but so far it's only very minor things. I did not notice a call that was made to me saying the Maids would not be at my home as scheduled one time so I was concerned when I came home and the house had not been cleaned.

I like the way the women clean. They are very careful and thorough. They are pleasant, and friendly. Usually the same people come each time. They were able to remove old stains and marks on my stove top and bathroom sinks that other cleaners did not. I have told my family and friends how much I lke the Merry Maids.

I like the fact the management team are supportive to my needs and concerns. They care about their customers.

Merry Maids are extremely dependable. Their interest and desire is always to make sure everything was totally to my satisfaction. They are very professional in everything they do.

While the products they use are great, I have requested they use my own products on my counters and wood floors. This was not because I didn't care or trust their products. It was because I liked the products I had previously used when doing my own cleaning. They are always so willing to do whatever they can to ensure I am happy with the service.

The Staff does a great job cleaning for us. Nancy is very thorough and is efficient in that she tries to get all the cleaning done in between our customers and phone calls.

They do their jobs well and are very friendly to work with.

The cleaners come at the same time every other week, and are pleasant and do a fantastic job cleaning every tiny space.

I am not sure what we like most. We do enjoy the friendly staff who come and the efficiency they display when here.

The ladies are very polite and willing to complete the tasks ask of them.

You guys are organized. Everyone shows up. I can get hold of anyone during the day to adjust the schedule, etc. Nancy does a great job organizing her crew and is always open to anything I need done. I don't know what you pay her but it's not enough. :o)
