I am very pleased with Flavia. She cleans pretty close to the way I used to too do it myself. She listens to me and remembers what I show her. The products you use seem fine. I have a few products I prefer and Flavia willingly uses them.

Angel is amazing! She actually gets on her hands and knees and brings vinegar to do our tough hardwood floors. She folds our towels in the bathroom and always goes above and beyond. She even lets the dog out and takes time to greet him. She is the best!
