My trainer is supportive and communicates in a way that is encouraging. I got a standing appointment that works for my schedule.
I like that it is small. Only 20 minutes for a full body workout. I love the trainers and the fact that it is mostly older adults. I feel like I fit in when I go there.

Professional and kind staff. They are encouraging and pay attention to safety related to how you use the equipment, and suggest adjustments to improve performance, as needed.They seem to work really well together to create a welcoming and supportive environment, while staying on schedule.

I like that people that go there are similar in age. The coaches are friendly. I feel good after i leave there knowing that I'm doing something for myself and can do it in only 20 minutes

intimate, family atmosphere
Very clean studio, impressively trained staff and it's great to get a very effective workout in 20 minutes. I am 71 years old and suffered a fractured back then a stroke this spring and spent 3 months laid up and basically lost most of my strength. Amazed in a short period of time how much I have gained back. Look forward to making continued progress. I highly recommend!!

The people. Knowledgeable and encouraging
The coaches are very friendly and fun. They encourage you but they also push you! Love that you feel like you have worked out a whole lot longer than 20 minutes. Fits into my schedule very nicely. Staff is also very knowledgeable and care about the clients.
This is a great studio. The coaches are amazing. Some days I’m not sure I feel up to giving it my all, but after I start, they encourage me to and I’m so appreciative. They are very welcoming to all who come and I just feel great about being in the studio and the results.
The coaches, they are so encouraging, supportive, fun. Make working out enjoyable but they till push you hard to perform your best. I love how easy it is to schedule a workout! Always plenty of times to pick from!
