Other than the app which is a little goofy everything is great. The women at the shop are friendly and the woman that cuts my hair is awesome. She knows how to deal with my annoying hair and talks the right amount. Perfect every time.

Friendly staff, person cutting my hair was very professional and cut it exactly the way I requested, also was patient and took the time to ask my opinion during the cut if it was what I was looking for, also explained the different products I could use after the cut to keep it healthy
