I love coming there! I brought my first grandson there for his first haircut and he is seven years old now. Now my second grandson has been coming there since his first haircut. They both enjoy the experience and we love Katherine. I really wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else. I only only get a little frustrated when I’m trying to leave and they want me to buy them toys as well. I realize that is revenue for you all. Maybe they could be a little more out-of-the-way? If not, I’ll just have to get tougher lol.

Love this place, it was so easy to make appointments online, the staff is great with my daughter. We went on a Saturday for the first time, to say they were busy was an understatement, but they saw to us on time and we didn’t feel rushed at all. They took their time and did a GREAT job ( and my daughter is not one to sit still) . Even put a ribbon and glitter in my daughter’s hair. Worth every penny.

This is a wonderful environment for kids to make them feel at ease. Katherine knows just how to make my son comfortable and my son adores her. I love that many/most of the products contain no phthalates so I know my son is safe from any harmful ingredients. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing crew. It was our child’s first hair cut, they were very patient and kind. The stylist asked our opinion on his new hair style every step of the way and checked in on him constantly. She explained every new tool she was using and how it worked to him. Could not be more happy and definitely a repeat client. P.S. Just a day later he is asking to get his hair cut again.

Candace is wonderful with my son Quinn. He loves getting his hair cut because he loves coming to see and talking to her. She also makes sure he gets his favorite flavor of lollipop when she is done. Everyone at the Winter Springs location is great! I can’t recommend them enough.

My grandson loves Pigtails and Crewcuts! He looks forward to his haircuts with Miss Candice every month. We drive all the way from Deland! She is so sweet and patient and caring. He hated haircuts before but now he smiles the whole time. His favorite part is playing with the trains and getting to pick something out of the treasure box. He also loves to pick out which car he is going to get his haircut in. I highly recommend Pigtails and Crewcuts for any child who has sensory issues. They are incredible. Thank you so much for all you do to provide such a pleasant experience for everyone!
