The ladies were thorough in what they did. I didn’t have to tell them everything to do but did cause a minor priblem. Overall i was pleased with the service. I also appreciated the fact that if the problems it was corrected immediately. I intend to continue with this service
When I ask the team from Merry Maids to either clean, dust under the furniture or vacuum thoroughly when they are scheduled at our home, they always do good work completing my request.

Good service and products, not toxic smelling
Merry Maids are very, very thorough and always here when they say they will be. Their products, though not harsh to our floors, woodwork and furniture, have proven to have excellent show qualities.

All the teams that have been to our home have done great work. No complaints.
The one issue that has occurred recently is that our call time was stated by voicemail as 10-12. The cleaner did not arrive until almost 3 pm. However, she had been scheduled at our house as her very last visit of the day. I would appreciate more accurate estimates. Not to the minute but within an hour or so. Other than that, we are very please. Thank you.

Wonderful Louise did an excellent job. My carpets look brand new. The vacuum and sponge she used worked wonders. She got my bathroom far cleaner than I ever could (floor, tub, toilet). I am in awe. Obviously going to Merry Maids was a wise decision!
