They did a great job but I think for the price (initial one-time cleaning) that they could have stayed a bit longer and been just a little more thorough. They missed cleaning a half-bath in the back room/playroom and some dusting including our headboard in the master bedroom. Everything else looked great.

The management team is first class, proactive and flexible. The cleaning staff is terrific. They take pride in their work as if you were doing it yourself. They constantly ask for real time feedback. That is all you can ask for in a cleaning service partner.
I was well informed when making my initial call as to what I should expect, my home was cleaned and yet when I walked in it was not overwhelming with a strong "cleaning" smell and the gals that were assigned to do my cleaning did a SUPER FANTASTIC job.

The ladies were great as always. The only problem I have is not getting a receipt from the office after they have charged our card. I have to call several times before they send it.
