You folks are the best, the only park and ride I'd use. Helpful, Polite and on time.
I always have trouble leaving the MSP as it is confusing as to where you are, which floor but the driver is always on the lookout for that straggler, ME!

24/7 shuttle and ability to track the shuttles on the app are great features. Even when landing at odd hours I am comforted by the fact that I will be able to request a shuttle pick up.

I needed to extend my valet reservation by several days for some unexpected travel issues and was very pleased and appreciative to know my daily parking rate was kept the same. Thank you.
