The process of making a reservation online, arrival, shuttle to and from the airport and pickup of vehicle could not have gone better. Simple, professional, efficient, safe, and prompt. And the price was quite reasonable. I will use the MSP site every time we fly from this location.

I was on a very delayed flight last night, it was so nice to not have a long wait for the bus or an overcrowded situation. The temp inside was cool, a nice break from the heat and humidity. Checkout was super quick and icy water a nice touch.
Buses are almost always waiting in the pickup are. Everyone is friendly and it’s nice being brought right to my car.

Significantly cheaper to park across the street at Park-n-Fly, especially when one is enrolled in the loyalty / frequent park-er program. Loyalty program is very rewarding and a prime motivator for choosing the Park-n-Fly lot over other off-site airport parking facilities. Pick-up and drop-off service is quick and convenient; I've never waited more than 10 minutes to be picked from the terminal after my return flight and a bus picks me up with moments after I arrive and park in your lot. And unlike other lots that have buses that have to be full before they will travel the circuit, your drivers will wait a reasonable period for passengers then, being respectful of people's time, they will quickly take the passengers they have to their destination.
