The staff was helpful when we arrived. There was a shuttle waiting for us with a quick trip to the airport. It was very clear where we would be picked up when we returned from our trip. Then right back to our car and out of the lot quickly. A great experience all around.

I flew out of Oakland Airport on Thanksgiving Eve. I had reserved a space at Park n Fly for 8 pm arrival. I had called in advance to ensure I received a space. Park N Fly was so accommodating and made sure I had a space when I arrive.

Once I parked the car, their shuttle came by my parking stall and picked us up and drove us to the airport. This is what I call SERVICE!.

I like that you are very quick! 99% of the time, I am picked up at the lot within 1 minute. Likewise, 99% of the time, there is a shuttle waiting in the lot when I come off the plane! All the drivers have also been very courteous and professional.
