It was two days before Christmas and I was worried about a self park parking spot be available even though I had made a reservation. It good not have gone any smoother from the time I arrived at the gate. Was meant at the gate by an employee to help us get through and give directions at both gates and before I was even able to open the truck of the car the van was there to pick us up and help with the luggage with a smiling driver and a great attitude. The same on my return (same driver ) very very helpful courteous, helpful and with a smile and attitude .

Thank You, will use you the next time I fly out of Oakland.

I like your customer service, your care for my vehicle while park at your location in Oakland and San Francisco.

I use the DFW site everytime I fly without any issues. However this time we had a couple of issues. When we arrived we were the only customers in the lot. We parked and waited for the driver to pick us up. After waiting 10 minutes or more. I finally called to let them know we weren't getting picked up. Once I had someone on the phone I informed her of what parking spot we were in and that no one had picked us up. Then I told her never mind, the driver is coming. She instantly hung up. She did not say I'm sorry you had to wait or anything. Not even goodbye. It took us over 30 minutes to get to the airport. I know this is not normal for this site but was very frustrating and no one acknowledged the problem or even apologized.

Friendly, fast service with no hassles!

Easiest parking right off the freeway and close to the airport. Friendly drivers no weight time at car or at the airport for pick up. They have plenty of shuttles.

Your service was amazing! January 9th there was a horrible accident in New Orleans that closed I-10. I sat in traffic for over an hour, just knowing there was no way I was going to make my flight. When I pulled into Park N Fly, the shuttle was there. I parked in aisle 5 and she pulled right behind me. When I explained my situation, she said, "Jump on" and got me there in record time. As we pulled up, my driver said, "There's not a line, go"!

My shuttle driver dropped me off at 8:55 and the doors to my aircraft closed at 9:18. I had plenty of time. Wish I had hugged her. :) Love me some Park N Fly!
