Your service is so easy to use. I made my reservation on line, paid on line and was given instructions on line. So easy. When I pulled up to the lot the lady at the gate was so pleasant. I parked and the van was right there to take me to the airport. My driver ended up being the person who picked me up after my flight. So nice to talk with. Finally, upon my return and exiting the lot to go home, the lady in the booth offered me a cold bottle of water. Much needed and appreciated

Parking lot is secure. I can leave my car there without the worry of it being broken into.
There is always a shuttle bus to pick me up at my car and drop me off, at my car. There is no worry of me having to walk a long distance in the dark with my luggage.

The service was so quick and easy! From scheduling my flight information, drop off, and all the communications. I very much appreciate the text message on my return that quickly gave me the link to check out and included instructions to find the van. That was the best!!!

My only complaint is not on Park and Fly but the Airport needs to have signage that shows the LP1 inside the airport or Park and Fly use different verbiage on the text message on where to meet the van because nothing in the airport shows that number until you get outside downstairs. This is for new customers/non-frequent flyers like myself. This was my first flight in about 10 years so I did not know about this new section. Signage in the airport says UBER and rideshares.
