Our driver on the morning of March 3rd was so pleasant and friendly!

This was a great trip and amazing service. The bus was waiting for us and quickly got us to the airport as well as we did not wait for it to pick us up either. The drivers were great and treated our luggage like it was their own. With the new tracking on the app it is a service that is well worth it.

The Valet parking is so helpful. I like the location of the lot, also, as it makes for easy exit to I91 north. Staff is courteous and very easy drop off and pickup

It was great. The shuttle picks you up right next to where you parked and drops you off at the exact same spot. I never knew. This was an amazing experience and will definitely do it again when in traveling

I like the services in general and the fact that it's close to the airport. However, attention has to be paid to customers coming into the parking area, especially when instructed where to park. Too many times, I'm parking and waiting 10-15 minutes for a bus to even see me.

A suggestion could be - instead of a frantic worker coming out of the hut and screaming what aisles to park...perhaps they could alert the bus driver(s) as to customers coming into the facility ready to be picked up and what aisles they were directed to go.

I left my Navy BLUE coffee mug in the bus on the way to the terminal at the airport. This mug was given to me by my father when I hit a volume goal while working at a company to mark a personal production goal at my company. My father is no longer with us but the mug was.

The site did look but, was unable to find it.

It would be great if it could be found to help me remember my Father.
