Everything went really well, from the reservation, check in and out and shuttle to and from airport. The only issue was that I could not add the reservation to my iPhone wallet. I think this is a problem with the app.

Everything was very quick, easy, and efficient! We never even had to wait to be picked up by a shuttle to or from the airport. A shuttle was there and ready both times and drivers were very friendly and helpful!

We have used Park and Fly several times and it’s always smooth. I like knowing my vehicle is in a locked secure lot. The shuttle is quick and efficient with drivers that are always nice and helpful.

What do you like about our services?

Park and Fly Plus is reliable, secure, and safe. A stand-out from our return to Atlanta was our driver, Brenda. We returned from delayed flights, extended time on the tarmac, and a long day of travel. Brenda was pulling out but happened to see us wave and went out of her way to pick us up. She was professional, and kind, and went above and beyond to help us! Please let Brenda know how much she is appreciated. She is a SHINING STAR for your company!

Quick, polite and helpful. Husband forgot something in car not once but twice before we left lot and he happily went back to our car to retrieve items. Much to my husband’s embarrassment! We never go to any other lot and had all of our family members traveling with us this time park there also.
