I like earning free days, and the drop off at my car. We did have to wait about 10 minutes for a bus to arrive at our car when we arrived at the lot. And the Cleveland set up is not ideal. A lot of walking to get to the off site parking area, but that is not your fault.

Overall service was good. Parking day spent 20 minutes in the lot driving all around to pick up people so not very efficient. Airport pick up went well.

Service is very good. As we dropped off the car, the van was waiting near our car to pick us up right away. When we got back from the trip, the van came right away at the airport - no waiting, or having to call!

Easy checkin and checkout. Good shuttle service to and from airport with helpful staff.
However, at the Chicago Midway airport location, we paid extra for indoor covered parking. Unfortunately, birds roost in the rafters of the open ended building and their droppings covered our vehicle, other vehicles in the building plus the floor.

Your drivers were so helpful and friendly. They met us at the gate and guided us through the process and the open spots. Then coming home, our driver shoveled out our car from the 7 inches of snow that fell while we were gone. Both drivers we encountered were helpful and very easy to talk to.
