Our first time experience was more than we could of imagined. We had a very early flight out. Our incoming flight was half an hour late. No Uber, lyft or wings driver had to wait for us. Your Suttle was at the airport within 5 minutes. We definitely will consider using it again. Thank you for your service.

This was my first time using this type of service. It was very easy and most staff were great. The only complaint I have is that I came home a day later than planned and when I called to ask how it works with me leaving my car there an extra day the lady (who stated she was a manager) was kind of rude when I wanted to be sure that my car was not going to be towed because I was late. Again, this was my first time using this type of service.

It's easy to set up a reservation using the app, and then when we arrive at the parking lot the attendants are always so friendly.

Vans are always available going and coming. The drivers are very customer friendly and helpful.

Shuttle driver went out of his way to drive us around an extra couple of minutes to find the car. My mom couldn't find the ticket when we returned to Atlanta.

Park 'n Ride is a very handy way to get to and from the airport. I like the option to park in the ramp so that my vehicle is covered.

However, we had a couple of issues using the ramp. I had made reservations ahead of time. When we entered the Park 'n Ride, we took a ticket, but we weren't exactly sure where to park. We went in and out of the ramp and found a driver who was willing to help us. He tore up the ticket we received upon entrance (said we didn't need it) and he told us which floor to go to in the ramp. So we got on the bus, flew to and back from our vacation, and took the bus back to Park .n Ride. The problem came when we wanted to get out of the ramp. We didn't have a ticket to scan. No one was in the office for a long time. We eventually found the office gal as she drove in. She was not very nice to us regarding our situation. She talked to an
