Zach was super nice, and not pushy at all! I'm used to going into those places and either being ignored, because I'm not a huge muscle head, or having products shoved down my throats to try and make more money off of me. It's extremely frustrating. That did not happen to me at all at the Appleton store and it was refreshing. Thank you! I plan to return to buy much more from you guys! (And to try that body scanner!)

Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the sales man, but I want to say that he is awesome! he always listens and tried to offer me good products. Or the products he thinks will work best for me, I should say, based on my needs.

I have been a customer of complete nutrition since the Appleton store opened. The new manager was wonderful. He did not push products in me. Explained the new rewards program to me. I personally liked the program from abt 2 years ago, where your company matched my contribution each month. When your company started to only match 2-3 months of my contribution, I cancelled it. I only signed, purely to receive the BOGO offers/discounts & because I utilize your impedance scale each month
Your company appears to be slowing down quite a bit. Your prices are way too high for the market, The sales associates seem to upsell customers, even when it is not appropriate. If your products are great, they will sell themselves, & the associates should simply provide knowledgeable & factual information. Your reward program use to be different & better than your competitors.Now you are just considered, just an Over priced GNC. store.
