What could we do to improve?

I was very impressed with the finished result of my carpets. However, I was disappointed in not truly understanding what we would receive for the cost we paid. I was told "one room" but the technician said "only 200 sq ft". So the part of my carpet that was cleaned is beautiful, but I am disappointed that it was not truly one whole room.
