I love the positive reinforcement for the kids and the friendly environment

The fact that the children are learning to play soccer and learning all its components.

I like that games are only on Saturdays. We love our coach because he makes sure all the kids have playing time every game.

Hi, I appreciate that practice and the game is the same day. This is our first season with i9 and I’m hoping all goes well.

It isn't too time consuming or expensive, so it's great for kids just getting started in sports. I also love that football is flag football, not tackle.

This program is well organized. The director and coaches all seem very versed in soccer. Thing run smoothly and there is no negativity at all. I wish I would have found this place when my other children were small!! I am beyond impressed!!!

The coaches. First time parent in any program like this. After talking to other parents about their experiences with those leagues they are a part of and they have said they struggle with the few coaches and my reply is always how great it is to see so many coaches for my kids. I have a 3 and 4 y/o but there’s so many coaches no one gets left out or behind. It’s been great so far after two weeks.

The coaches are patient and the children seem to have fun.

Coach is great and all the parents helping are awesome as well. Games tend to not run on schedule would be my only complaint but they’re not off by more than 15 mins so far and we’re dealing with kids so it’s to be expected.

I like that everyone gets an equal amount of play time. I love the flexibility of same day practice and games. The coaches seem like the love the game and love to develop kids.

This was my sons first time playing a sport and the coaches took time to learn the players name and engage with him. I really thought that was a plus.

We love the convenience of the one day commitment weekly! The coach we have now is teaching fundamentals and sportsmanship and we couldn’t love Maurico more! We just wish he was able to coach up with his team as they age!

Not too serious but still competitive.

Coaches are very patient with the kids and make sure all are included while teaching them the rules of the game.

We started last year with Soccer Shots and moved over hoping for more and we found it with i9 Sports. We love all of the different skills being taught, the course setup for practice and the addition of game time after practice. Having practice followed by game time is helpful for busy schedules. The coaches are very interactive, engaging and knowledgeable. We are concerned about one of the players “E” on the team who is a bit aggressive with the pushing and shoving and had been since week one. When he pushes and shoves, Caleb and even other kids shut down and do not continue playing. At this age I feel it is inappropriate and does not encourage sportsmanship or game play. If Caleb keeps shutting down when pushed on a consistent basis I don’t see the point in continuing. Also disappointed in how I see the medals distributed. The website mentions sportsmanship and teamwork attributes but it seems to be given to those who need encouragement and are more disengaged which discourages those that are participating. Lastly, it seems as though not many volunteer coaches signed up. Today only the coach was on the field solo which made it very difficult to guide and coach the team. Many kids become distracted (which is understandable for this age) however a coach isn’t there to redirect and teach them when the only coach is focused on the ball and keeping it in bounds. Lastly, I would like to see more discussion around defense (since one kid primarily has the ball throughout the game) and learning how to reroute a ball to keep it in bounds.

Good starter for kids to test if they enjoy the sport or not by having fun and learning the basics.
