How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Menu and food quality has declined over the past 1.5 years. I enjoy the boneless wings, but it's rather disappointing in general compared with what East Coast used to be.

The waiter I had was great. Like it when I don't have to ask for refills, or try to stop someone to get something. My waiter was right there every time making it a great experience.

The food is amazing but we always do online ordering and when we pick it up the customer service is lacking. They just kinda sit it on the counter and walk away

Seems that the managers / owners are more interested in talking to friends than working with customers. Food was good though.

Love the variety on the menu - something for everyone in my family including the kids! Always a fun atmosphere and my husband can usually find a baseball game on one of the many tv's in the restaurant to watch!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We were told by the GM that all burgers had to be cooked well done because it's the law in NC. When I canceled my order when told this I was given a gift card being told by the GM that your company can not refund credit cards. After all of this I was given someone else's order.. I know the law in NC was done away with in 2012 so either there is some training issues or plain dishonesty
