The service and food was great. Friendly staff and eager to serve.
This is the third time I ordered bottomless chips. They are not chips. They are like wet potatoes. They were terrible for the second time.
The wings were over cooked again for the second time. The drink we ordered literally tasted like it had little to know alcohol.
The waiter tried very much to be nice but sorta made a comment like we complained before. If our stuff was cooked correctly we wouldn’t complain. Not his fault he isn’t the cook.
Felt like my experience was pretty good..
This was my fourth visit to this location. I have enjoyed my meal as well as the servers in the last three. This visit, however, left a lot to be said. Our hostesses was gracious and not only brought us drinks because we had not seen a server, but refilled our drinks for us. Our server said she would bring us refills, however, it was the hostess that brought us drink refills after we ask her. (Our server forgot.). We left a small, and I mean a very small tip for the waitress, however, we tipped our hostess graciously. Our hostess was very polite and kind, and we didn’t even get her name.

We love the food but the “hot chips” are soggy sometimes 😩.. otherwise great!

The food is yummy and the service is excellent. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. Great place to eat! We especially like their Philly cheese steak sandwiches and crispy chips. So nice to have East Coast Wings in the neighborhood :)
Food and service were both good!
My family and I visit east coast several times a month. Our visit to hickory NC east coast on Sunday afternoon was the worse experience I’ve had with your company. It started off with one waiter getting our drink order and letting us know our waiter for the night would be someone else. Well our real waiter brought our drinks and we requested an order of bottomless chips, and then told him the rest of our order. We waited probably 15-20 minutes to get a basket of chips and by that point drink cups were empty. My dad had to ask the server for a second beer twice and chip refill because the server walked away from our table to the front station sat down and was playing on his phone. He brought out our food and didn’t refill our cups til we hunted him down and asked him to and when he did he refilled everyone’s but my sons because he had water. Well his cup never ended up getting refilled. We didn’t get our second basket of chips til we were almost done eating our entree even having asked prior to refill it. When we asked him for box for the kids food he brought it out and disappeared we waited over 10 minutes just to get the check and I had to get up and ask the front station waitress if she could get it because our waiter was no where to be found and told her I was not happy with our service here tonight. She brought our check and even told us she had no idea where our waiter was which didn’t help because now we had the check and couldn’t pay. So we demanded to see a manager. Then our waiter popped in and took our payment. We left him with a 0.00 tip as we feel he didn’t deserve one. We got up to walk out and the front waitress apoligized saying she was still trying to find the manager so it sounds like this facility didn’t even have a manager on duty for the Sunday afternoon shift and if there was he/she was just as scarce as our waiter was. We will not be going to this location again and it has certainly turned me off from wanting to eat east coast.
Temperature of boneless wings more times than not when I visit are warm at best very rarely hot. I wish the ribs were still on the menu.
Everything about this place is awesome. The service is always fast, and the staff of always very friendly and helpful.

Requested Zach or Matt got put in Javins section and he wasn’t very attentive. We had other waiters helping us...food was good but service was not. Will come back but request Zach or Matt again...

Take out...wings were really good. Cheesesteaks could use a bit more meat, service good.
Had to wait several minutes before anyone came to help us. My chicken tenders was not tossed in the sauce so I had to ask for a side of the sauce to do it myself. And the chips were cold.

Staff was friendly, the restaurant was nice and clean and the food was exactly like I ordered it . Only thing I didn't like was u have to pay more for different flavors

The vegetables on the Philly cheesesteak’s both my beef and her chicken we’re not very well cooked. The cinamon on the sweet potato fries should be at request only. The french fries were delicious. The service we received from Nick was a perfect 10.
