Great tasting food at affordable prices.
The service was fast and food was good as always!
Fast.. friendly and the food is phenomenal. I liked it so much I went there for lunch and dinner on my first day.

Some employee's have a hard time being friendly and getting the order correct, last time I picked up food the lady slammed it down on the counter and said "make sure it's right" as she hustled back through the door into the kitchen. Other's have been very good to me

Doesn't feel 100% clean all the time and server or cooks are slow even when there is not alot of business. But the food is tasty.
Do not like the new salad lettuce. Have always enjoyed Buffalo chicken salad with iceberg or romaine lettuce. The mixed salad greens used now is terrible.
bonein wings were so crisp I could barely break the skin. Should have sent them back

The food was not as hot and fresh tasting as expected. Was met at the door upon entering the establishment and was not greeted with a smile; just a blank look, as if I didnt belong there.

Every time I visit your prices have gone up. I was eating once or twice a week for lunch. I now have to wait for a special occasion or use my points if I have them.
Wing prices are a little pricey
Food is always good... I come here more than I need to a week. Inshah is my go to waitress! Not pushy, very friendly and makes the visit relaxing for us.
I got a takeout order. It did not contain the ranch sauce requested (and shown on the ticket). It also did not contain the celery or carrots (also shown on the ticket). I called and told the person who took the order and all I got in response was "I will tell them." I don't know who "them" is. They should have offered me something that I could use on my next visit.
The king location has to be the worst location in the company. The service overall isn't up to par. There are a few good waitresses but as a whole not the best.
Second of all the wings must be cooked ahead of time. They are always cold n when you say something them the waitresses get attitude.
We went back in last night and it was the same story. Waitess was good last night but the food was so cold.
We're going to take a break from East Coast.

When you run a wing special you really shouldn't charge extra for ranch dressing.
We travel an hour one way just to go eat at East Coast Wings in Mt. Airy. We love it.
