As always the service was great and the food was awesome!
My husband phoned in a recent order and one item ordered was not in our pick up (we weren't charged either). I wasn't aware of what was ordered when I picked it up or I would have asked. So, just a little disappointing that was missed (even with order being repeated back to him). Overall, we do love the food!
Bartender, Jenna, was awesome! She went above and beyond her job duty to make us happy! We will definitely return!

Some employee's have a hard time being friendly and getting the order correct, last time I picked up food the lady slammed it down on the counter and said "make sure it's right" as she hustled back through the door into the kitchen. Other's have been very good to me

Doesn't feel 100% clean all the time and server or cooks are slow even when there is not alot of business. But the food is tasty.
Do not like the new salad lettuce. Have always enjoyed Buffalo chicken salad with iceberg or romaine lettuce. The mixed salad greens used now is terrible.
bonein wings were so crisp I could barely break the skin. Should have sent them back
Service
The food was not as hot and fresh tasting as expected. Was met at the door upon entering the establishment and was not greeted with a smile; just a blank look, as if I didnt belong there.

Every time I visit your prices have gone up. I was eating once or twice a week for lunch. I now have to wait for a special occasion or use my points if I have them.
Wing prices are a little pricey
Food is always good... I come here more than I need to a week. Inshah is my go to waitress! Not pushy, very friendly and makes the visit relaxing for us.
