The service was incredible.
Everything was great. The lady who sat us was rude. She was a newer worker. When asked for a table for 4 and prefer a booth she stated they were taken when one just needed to be cleaned off. Then told us to wait upfront. Instead of coming to seat us she waved her hand at us to come over there. I know she was a newer employee but that isn’t how to treat customers who are regulars.
The wings were delicious and the staff was extremely friendly.
Truthfully, this particular time wasn’t the best because my fries had a funny taste to them but I still needed to give this place a 10! The rest of dinner was fantastic as usual!!
You can't make things right anymore. We are done trying to work with you guys. We will give our wing business to Waldo's going forward.
We have eaten up there since it opened years ago. If we come in to eat, we are always happy. Service and food are excellent. If we order takeout, all bets are off and I always end up angry. Either my order is screwed up, the wings are dry, or we are screwed out of food. At the prices that you charge, there should be no issues. I recently order 100 wings. I received TWO pieces of toast and 4 cups of dressing. REALLY???? I'm done.
Awesome wings, cold draft beer and exceptional staff!
Your staff is always courteous and professional. Best wings in town. Just don't like paying for extra dressing. It's like charging for ketchup on your French Fries.
Dining in is perfection. Service is fantastic. And online carry out service is just as great.

I watched another waitress take great care of her tables and she was pregnant our waitress seemed like she was doing us a favor just to come by and bring us our check.

We are sorry for the service fumbles and will share your feedback with Kelsey personally. We appreciate when guests tell us who needs more training, or who might not be a good fit. I’m glad a co-worker stepped in to help-out.

Went in to take advantage of your half priced appetizers that were listed on the website as daily after 3:30 to 6 PM and 9 to close Monday through Friday. My visit was Friday after 9 and the waitress informed me that wasn't the case. Since the special was dine in only I scrapped my plans to sample numerous ones and settled on a simple to go order that she helped me with. Clarification of the time or postings of it in the restaurant or website would help since it was apparently in error.

Live 10 minutes from the one in King and will drive the extra 20+ minutes because the food, cleanliness, wait staff, etc is so much better at Reynolda
Stop charging for the ranch with wings to go! If I get wings, I should get the amount of ranch I need for eating them whether I am dining in or getting to go. I love the wings, but I will not go out of my way to dine in just to get the right amount of ranch for them. You have been losing me family's business since we started needing to get to go and found this out.
