Wait staff is the best. We come weekly and they know what we want before we do.
We like the food and went the other night but had to remind the waitress that kids' meals were included. Additionally when we got home we noticed the drink specials that we ordered were wrong. Unless $5 for a small beer IS the special price. :( Typically it's been less (can't imagine what regular price would be then.)
Our waitress was terrible
Sometimes the boneless wings are not as freshly cooked as I'd like them to be.

The Albemarle store is still fairly new and staff is still learning. Service was good. Restaurant was clean. We were seated quickly with no wait.
But regarding the food we ordered, the Buffalo Chicken wrap did not have any buffalo sauce on it (it was just regular chicken) and the homemade chips were over done (almost burnt).

I was not disappointed, the food was great. Food was just slow getting out but kinda expected it at a new business . Thanks for asking and I'm sure my rating will increase as the cooking staff gets familiar.
It took us 45 minutes to get our food after our order was taken, we have never had that problem at the others
Reimburse me for the cost of my meals. I spent $48 and was completely disappointed.
I was disappointed because I specifically made a special trip, because you sent me a coupon. The server never redeemed the coupon, and the food was sub par at best.
The servers are always to quick to leave the table after bringing the order and don’t come back to see if you need anything else or if everything is ok. When you go with a few people it’s even worse.
Food is consistently great and Shane and his team are top notch!
