Service was lacking (drinks empty & no napkins) and the wings were dry even though we asked for them to have extra sauce.

Eat at East Coast wings all the time. For all my disappointment with your Mt Airy Store this store exceeds any disappointment with Mt Airy and really goes above and beyond in doing their job.

Fast service and large portions
The attentiveness of the servers. I have been at the restaurant many times for both carry out orders and dine in meals. The food is phenomenal! The services could be better. It often takes the serves to come over and greet you once you sit and they don’t come by often enough to refill drinks, bring more napkins, or when you need more ranch. Every time I have ordered by phone for pick up someone gets the order wrong. Either they give me the wrong flavor on the wings or they forget an item. I think if the attentiveness improves then I could have an overall 10 out of 10 experience.
I feel like the person preparing the meals has to love their job. Sometimes the meals are on point in every aspect, but other times (like the last one) the food was not made with love and attention. It was over cooked and the meat tasted like freezer burn.
We waited for 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the check in stand with minimal customers in the restaurant around 2:45 on Dec. 29. Two waiters saw us and ignored us. The bartender saw what was occurring and sat us in the bar area. I also signed up for a rewards card and was told that I had 5 points on it after spending 94 dollars on food. I’m not exactly sure if the wait staff at the Kingsport, TN restaurant were engaged with their job responsibilities yesterday.
Improve customer service. Waitress did not make sure the table was taken care of, had to call her over for extra tea. Not very friendly and very long wait time
Food was fine but cashier at checkout wasn't.
Fast easy ordering and pick up for togo.
Did order celery and carrots but got only the blue cheese dressing.
Needs to be cleaned better! Tables were nasty and floor was dirty. It wasnt busy. We were the only people there.

Food was good after it came! Drink and appetizer service was very good. Took the food too long to get to the table! Wasn’t the Server fault!

Don’t rip people off with your boneless wings. Ordered a plate of five and cost me $6.99. They were so tiny it almost looked like they had been cut in pieces. NOT worth the cost. Other places give you much bigger boneless wings.
