Dine is great at the bar. Take out is good. One suggestion, when an order comes out, please call out the name. My last visit, I was waiting and the person working take out sat my order on the shelf and I had to ask for it and it waz already sitting on the shelf and no one called my name.
We have always had wonderful experiences at the ECW in Mt. Airy to the point where we don't ever visit any other only the one in Mt. Airy. Staff is excellent and food is wonderful but for some reason this past weekend it was off. The waitress was excellent couldn't have asked for any better but the wait time for the food was probably 45 mins from time of order to receiving our food. We've never had to wait that long. When the food did arrive it was luke warm and the grilled chicken was not cooked extra well done like we had asked for it to be. My daughter sent hers back but me and my brother in law did not cause we had waited so long to begin with that we just said forget it. The thing that bothered me the most is that my fiance had his elderly dad with him that is nearing 90 years old and doesn't get out much especially in cold temps and he had agreed to come with us and then he had to wait so long to get his food (wings). I'm sure that might keep him from wanting to come back which is a bummer cause he loves your wings! The waitress apologized for the wait and was really a sweetheart. We knew it wasn't her fault and didn't blame her. Something must have been off in the kitchen area though! We were very disappointed!!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a long time at a dining facility. I placed my order online on Saturday 1/26/18. The pick up time was 7:51. I get there on time and I’m told that it will be about ten more minutes because they have to cook my burger. How the wings got done before the burger, that’s another story...I did not leave out of there with my food until 8:22 pm. The young man working the counter told me it would be right up and he would call me back up when it was ready. Come to find out that my food had been sitting there for about 30 minutes getting cold. There wasn’t even an offer to make the food again or compensate me in any way. Another customer was waiting on her food and asked the girl behind the counter (who stood there and played on her cell phone the entire time I was in the building) if she could check to see if that was her food on the counter, and she snapped at the customer saying “ I don’t work take out.” Instead of just saying, let me find someone who can check on that for you. She and the guy working to go spent so much time talking to each other and looking on the cell phone that they didn’t have a clue that my food had been ready. This is very unprofessional and to be honest I feel like I would have gotten better service at a Burger King. Every time I attempt to give this location on New Garden an try, it’s an epic fail. At this point I don’t believe that I will patronize this location any more. The staff needs to be trained in true customer service. It’s like a free for all, and they are able to do exactly what they want to do, which is everything except for making sure that their customer has been provided excellent service.

It would be great if you had some sort of Chipotle Bbq dry rub for your wings. And the take out Caesar Salad is a little on the "skimpy" side...not worth the price

This was my first visit to the Hickory location of East Coast Wings. It was like every other visit I have experienced at ECW. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back to the Hickory when I am in town.

We were waited on promptly (sorry I don't remember the waitresses' name), order came out promptly and correctly, refills were maintained and food was tasty. We will be back again soon.
Love it there, the wings are great just like I want them and the people working there are great. Just a great place to eat and hang.

Atmosphere
Everything was great! The waitress was very attentive, the food was great and we had enough points on our card that we only had to pay the a few dollars plus tip. You can't beat that. I got a side salad and it was terrific. Keep up the good work!

When we walked in we where not greeted at all. Sat ourselves. Did not get menus for about 8-10 minutes. Once we ordered and got our food we did not get some of our order. Our waitress left in the middle of our meal so another waitress helped us. We didnt get charged for what was missing so even though she wrote it down she must have forgot. We will stick to the country club location from now on.

The girl that helped me was extremely friendly and knew exactly how to take care of me. The wings were great as always. The only thing I would change if for the salad to have iceberg chopped lettuce instead of the spring mix. Will be back soon!!
