My order was a to go order
food is great. service is great. We wish we could get a burger with 1 patty instead of 2.
We were there and was seated it was about 10 to 12 minutes before the waitress got there and we had to ask who our waitress was before we got one . Then we order and it was around 30 minutes before we got the food but the appetizer came out with the food the whole visit was messed up I really don’t know what it would take to make it up you do what you feel will fix the problem
Great food and sports is a hard combo to beat
The food was still good but our service was terrible. Our waiter did not seem to care that his service was poor, he did not check on us. We had to ask for almost everything and it did not come quickly. It was disappointing and took too long.
I bought 20 wings as a to go order and once I arrived home to eat my meal I found my food was not done. Some of them were bloody and unedible. When I called the own said all he could do was leave a note to give me some free wings the next time I visit which will be neve. He could have offered a refund.
I love the concord location but will never at in albemarle again.

The restaurant was very dirty, to the point there was food stuck inside the menus. Our waitress was less enthusiastic about being there. Food was cold and over cooked.

Got to go order. Discovered when I got home food was wrong also sandwiches had very little meat on them and almost no cheese at all. We called the store but was not helpful
The food was not hot. The tea was bad. Food was average. The waitress was very attentive.
My wings were sitting in the sauce. The sauce wouldn’t stay on the wings for some reason, and they were a little harder than usual. I had to ask the waitress twice to refill my beverage. There was only one waitress at the time, and there were several other dine in customers.
I love that the main dining area is so separate from the bar area. The bar area is loud and full of energy but the noise really doesn't overflow into the dining area. The staff is always friendly and the food is always awesome. This is one of my favorite places to eat.

the hot chips are never hot anymore... we tried the boneless wings for the 1st time, they were lukewarm and mostly breading..... very disappointed.

ECW use to be one of my favorite places to eat at, but lately the quality has gone way down hill. I got next to no sauce on my wings(it was wing night-so I paid extra for my sauce). For the 3rd time in a row my carrots were left out, which again I paid extra for. You can feel the difference when going in here now to eat. It’s gotten too expensive and you are constantly getting less and less for what your money.
Everything was fine, perhaps a little quicker service.
Make sure all items are in the bag before giving them to customers.
