Good food and nice service
It took us 45 minutes to receive our wing order. The kitchen apparently messed it up twice. They did give us 10% off.
Lack of customer service is all. I think better training would help.

The wings are amazing
I like the food. I know at times the service is very sloppy. The food is always good. Best wing place in Burlington, North Carolina. We come in quite a bit so we know the manager and waitresses. Don't like the chairs at the tables. They are not comfortable. Need to change them. I will wait on a booth before i sit in them.
Everything from the waitstaff to the food. Never had a bad experience at East Coast! I highly recommend it.
Food is good
Enjoy the wings but the Buffalo shrimp are the Bomb! Service has been a little slow/lack of attention. ie: slow drink refills
We always enjoy or time at East Coast. From the staff to the food and everything in between... it is all wonderful!
You have dropped some of your best items from your menu, and raised the prices on others. Not too realistic.
Wait staff need to check back with customers more frequently.
Chairs at the tables in this location were very uncomfortable.
You were out of celery! Husband wanted more "wings" than the little drumettes. We think the fries are way overpriced.

The last several times I have been there the waitress tells me the reward system is down and they can't do anything with it. (No rewards) What is the point of having a reward system if it is down every time I have been in there over the last several months or years? Also, I hope they pool tips because the only thing the waitress did was take my order. I had someone different bring me part of my food. I didn't get all of it at the same time. (Wings and carrots/celery) And some one else bring me ranch. I never saw the waitress again until she brought me the ticket. And the restaurant was not busy or didn't appear to be that way to me.
No long waits, food always hot and tasty,servers always courteous and friendly.

Ashley is our very favorite waitdress. At the country club location in Winston Salem nc. She always very nice and happy to see us . she calls my mom mama . this is the only east coast we go to .
First, the food is fantastic!!! Secondly, Terri is the BEST in the biz!
Best wings and LIT I ever had
My food was great. My guest , her salad had a lot of bad lettuce in it. It was returned and another different salad was sent out. They were out of the same lettuce of the orginal salad.
My guess is, they served her all the lettuce bad or not just to make the salad. The lettuce was clearly visible of being bad, real bad,slimy bad. Why did they serve the salad to begin with? I would have scolded the preparer.
