Communication and organization.
Having the opportunity to live in houses and neighborhoods that I have not lived in before.
Obviously I loved the staging. But what really has me sold is the communication. Showhomes communicated well with both the sellers and me and in many ways made my job easier as a listing agent. They organized and fully executed an agent open house that was fabulous. Very impressed with these guys.

I like stuff. I like my stuff. Didn't think I would like my house without my stuff in it. Surprise surprise. The house looked clean and neat and I didn't feel stressed about it. My house sold in 5 days which wouldn't have happened if my stuff was all over the house. We packed up a lot of stuff but used my same stuff in other places. I learned a lot about stuff.....red things not being good in a photo, etc. Who knew?!?!?!?!?!
