We found Nancy and her crew very responsive. They shared a lot of very good ideas on what to do to improve the likelihood of selling the house (we implemented several of them on our own). We really appreciated their range of services and pay options. We were able to sell our house on our own, before Showhomes took over. However we are optimistic that had we fully utilized their services we would have more than be able to recoup, and gain, from their services.

Staging a home brings your more money and helps the home appraise. Even if the market is hot and you are getting multiple offers, it drives the price up. Much like when a home is flipped. It’s a no brained. Don’t let your home go live naked or with 60’s clothes on. Buyers of today want dressed current homes
