what i don't like is the automated appointment system.... VERY INCONVENIENT !!
PLEASE return to personal phone calls for appointments. Especially i like to request a specific technician... and even though i've called twice to have it put on my record... the auto mated system just bypasses that information.
You notify me ahead when you are coming and then you show up as scheduled. I have not had any insect pests, so I am guessing that the treatments are effective.
The representative comes to the door when I’m home to let me know what he’s done.
