After a full year of services to our property, Arrow Environmental has always shown themselves to be a "partner" with me in the care of our lawn, shrubs and trees. The staff has always called before making an application and kept me full aware of what was taking place and the expected outcome. I am pleased how Arrow engages actively with me, their client.

The treatment works for us! Only problem is billing. Receive our bill a month later after our day of service. From the main office in Jacksonville. We live in Lake Wales. Not the spray tech’s fault. Also, the bill states if not paid immediately we will be fined a late fee. The techs do a great job.

We like the fact that the technician always gives us an assessment and suggests things we can implement so we can see much improvement. Particularly, things our lawn service can do that will lead to a healthier yard.
