The company itself was responsive and flexible, but the inspection/inspector was a cut above.
Our inspector (Dan) was probably the most thorough, professional, and articulate member of the real estate exchange community I have ever encountered. He took his time to explain all the issues he found and helped us triage them by importance/immediacy/safety. His report captured our conversations and expounded upon his findings in a clear and concise fashion (with pictures).
He also met his timeline for the report as he promised and was adamant that we can and should reach out to him if we have any follow up questions or concerns. Would happily work with him again.
It was easy to setup and schedule our appointment. Our inspector showed up early and did a very thorough job while taking the time to talk with us and answer any questions we had. The report we received was timely and well put together. Would definitely recommend their services.
