Our experience with Sylvan has been fantastic. Both our children have benefitted from Sylvan in different ways. Our son took the ACT preparation class and his score improved. Ron has been helping our daughter with math, and the results have been measurable.

I am so very pleased with the customer service provided by Kristel and Ron. Both parties are available all the time to answer my questions and or concerns. My teenager daughter has difficulties with math and does not complain, so that speaks volumes. We are lucky to have our Sylvan facility in Butte.

The people are very friendly! I love that the program is made specifically for each individual kid so they don't go through things they know already. I also like seeing how relaxed my child is after each session instead of being stressed about not knowing something ! Great communication with parents and prompt answers and resolutions to any questions or concerns I have.

I am so impressed with the confidence that my son is feeling. He likes the teachers and is so encouraged to improve every day. He tells me that he knows that he will catch up and that makes him smile. His attitude towards doing his school has completely changed and he is excited to show us what he has learned.
