Love the format of the class! Starting with cardio and ending with core. The 8 rounds of boxing are challenging, fun, and quick! The class is over before I know it. The trainers have been very friendly, experienced, and helpful!
The trainers are extremely high energy and very encouraging. Great workout. I am sweating before the warm up ends, but as someone who generally dreads my next boring workout, I have looked forward to each class.
The energy in the room is insane! The workout itself makes you feel like a complete bada**. It's just all around fun and pumps you up.

I loved, loved, loved Jonathan. But he was impossible for me to hang with. So I came back and tried Darius's class. He was great too. Much easier to keep up with. I brought a friend both times and they both loved it. We are planning to join. And to be honest, I will probably come to Jonathan's class and just complain about him killing me because I want to see results fast.
Fun - uplifting group. You work at your own pace. A lot of encouragement given by instructors. Class includes people of all ages and athletic abilities.

Certain trainers will get me pumped up and motivated. i love the 15 min of cardio and 15 min of abs before and after and the high intensity boxing round and the low intensity active rest. i'm always worn out and sweating at the end so i know that day i got a really good workout and am doing what's best for my body.
Title Boxing is a killer workout! The trainers are incredible motivators and make the power hour fly by. Best part of my day, for sure.
