What do you like about our workout?

The trainers are awesome and so positive. I love the atomoshpere and it’s a great workout. It beats going to a regular gym & lifting weights!!!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that while it was lively and fun, the sweat started rolling early. I like that there were other instructors nearby to show you the moves as the choreography changed and I also like that when I couldn't get the moves, they told me not to worry just keep moving AND the freestyle moments were nice. I am a runner so I especially like that I was a bit sore in areas I don't usually experience (in a good way) like my shoulders & biceps for a couple of days which means to me...it works!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that the workouts vary each time I go so it never gets boring or too easy. Every instructor brings something different to each workout which is nice.Also, I always feel like I get a great workout.

What do you like about our workout?

I liked how I was able to go at my own pace. The trainers go around and acknowledge everyone individually. Being new to the club and boxing/kickboxing in general I was skeptical about going and being uncomfortable for fear I did not know what I was doing. They were welcoming, helpful and made me want to come back!!

What do you like about our workout?

The trainer is motivative and just up for a challenge. The club appreciates the hard work from both the staff and clients. The combinations are also fast and innovative, which is best for results and drives us to work harder than expected
