I like that there is one on one time with the students and that there is only a few students with one teacher. It’s still early to really rate the services of Sylvan but I like what’s going on so far there.
Sylvan does a great job of motivating students, and in the short amount of time my daughter has been enrolled we've seen a great improvement.

Detailed information on how my child is progressing; positive, caring invironment; one on one instruction at his pace and level; meetings every 10 weeks to know where he is at and where we are going next......no surprised. He is now learning and he is happy to come :-)

The friendly atmosphere and the small groups for more individualized attention. The staff is very friendly and make each visit comfortable for my son.
I like the positive and helpful way the teachers present the material to my son, and their enthusiastic perseverence when he is disinclined to be engaged with the work. If one strategy is not effective, they just move on to another. He has made a lot of progress, because the teachers don't take offence, and they never give up. They believe in the potential of the students, and I appreciate that.
