I like how the tutors interact with the students. The tutors, especially Kelly York, are student advocates. Asking for help or needing help is hard for some students to admit. Being in a positive help environment is so important. The tutors at Mooresville Sylvan care about the kids and really make them feel special.

Sylvan has truly helped my daughter improve her read skills in a friendly atmosphere.
Sylvan has been a huge help to my daughters (12 South Charlotte Middle School) and (10 Elizabeth Lane). Sylvan's testing zeroed in on some gaps that were affecting my daughters' ability to excel in their current math classes. We set up 3 months of math tutoring (that my kids actually liked) and within a month their confidence at school was transformed. My girls are getting A's now but I will return to Sylvan if they fall behind again.
