Staff is very respectful and they make you feel like they really care about your situation. My daughter, Lauren, loves to go Sylvan. Every Tuesday morning, she says " I can't until after school to go to Sylvan." When she is done she comes out smiling and can't wait to share what she has learned. I have tried another math place and my child refused to into the door but she loves to come to Sylvan. After 9 hours I can already see a difference.
