Your staff especially and their ability to help a struggling student overcome or improve their learning issues using effective testing methods and tutoring. Laura Humphries, the director in the High Point office, as a parent-not only do we have a great working relationship, but I also see her work extremely well with her staff. It's a real team effort to make things happen for their students! I feel the HP office is a real asset to the Sylvan organization and appears to fit right in with the educational theme of HP these days due to the strong presence of HPU in our community.
The Cary staff is wonderful! Colleen, the Director of Education, meets with us each month and reports our sons progress. My son also likes the new iPad classes.

The payment options availability has helped me to not feel that my son has to be left behind, again or struggling in the up coming school year, because of my inability to pay for the courses at that moment. My son is adjusting well & agrees that he learns better in a smaller teacher to student ratio but it's also preparing him in controlling his ADHD, as he moves forward to the classroom setting in his school.
