Organization of schedules and lesson planning are excellent...feedback to parents after session, excellent as well...timing, professionalism of staff and quality of learning are very good. For individual tutoring, I think more privacy and less noise would benefit my son as well as a comfortable chair and table instead of a child table for his 6'4' height and age. Although I hear feedback from the coordinators, I as a parent would also like a more in depth version from his tutors as well. A higher score on his ACTs would greatly support my opinion as to how well the tutoring is working for my son as he is not one to go into detail how the sessions are going. Hoping he can pull this off when he takes his test in a couple weeks.

I love the atmosphere and the positive energy in the center! I also appreciate that everything is run on schedule. One thing that is in the back of my mind is that my son is so overly focused on the tokens that I am not sure he is absorbing the material. He loves to go but afterwards when I ask him what he did at tutoring he has no clue.

The convenient location and friendly teachers are huge positives. Also, having my son attend a place like Sylvan 2x a week after being at school all day, without complaining, is proof that the program appeals to children.
