On my first class, the instructor was very welcoming! she was encouraging, and guided me in a positive manner. I didn't feel lost. she was very informative, explained everything. she helped me!

What do you like about our workout?

The circuit training at OTF is phenomenal! I started going in an effort to go back to the gym and to get healthier. I have asthma and it heightens when I start working out. To beat it and to start lowering my medicine dosage, my doctor said I would have to workout more and run to make my lungs stronger, naturally. My first day of OTF, was a real life changing event. I love going to a gym where I don't have to "think" how to use weights correctly or how do I push myself to run faster or wiser. And especially, feeling awkward using the treadmills and the rowers. The Coaches at Del Sur are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! They are very motivating and push you to your limits. If I'm doing an incorrect form on the floor, to prevent injury or to make me stronger, the Coaches are there correcting me. I love that! It helps me to know I'm not dumping money into another "club", but into a gym where people care and we feel the "1:1" personal trainer experience. The Base, Push, All Out theory is awesome! It helps me plan how I'm going to push myself on the treads and on the rowers. Overall, I couldn't be more happier with this gym. I've NEVER liked going to the gym, but now I find myself constantly there and my body craving to go, even when I'm traveling to other cities. This gym has pushed me to physical boundaries I've never encountered with other gym classes or trainers. I LOVE the feeling of knowing I can burn calories even while I'm sleeping because I was pushed to do better and to run faster... and to be healthier. This has been such a transformation for not only me, but for my family. Out of the 5 adults in our family, 4 of us are enrolled as OTF members and continue to spread the word about how exceptional this gym is! Keep up the great work and please share with he Coaches at Del Sur how much they have changed our lives... no idea how much they have made my family and I healthier. THANK YOU, DEL SUR STAFF!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that the workout is intense, but can still be scaled up or down, depending on where you are fitness-wise. The coach giving instructions and motivation, where needed, is also crucial for me because I tend to work harder with that.

Instructors are good, workout changes daily, love the heart rate based training, would never go back to a traditional gym.

I would never push myself as hard as they push me. And I never would have realized how great rowing is for burning calories. But on my own, rowing 2000 meters in 8 minutes separated by reverse lunges with a medicine ball, would never have crossed my mind. Thank you for pushing me to my limits.

it's generally well-structured, is good conditioning, and you can dial it up (or down if you're shot that day) as you see fit. Clean environment, fun coaches, good stuff. Not a *huge* fan of the music—I'd like to hear something more intense—but you can't have everything :)
