Too many things:
1) the variety of the workouts (and not really knowing ahead of time cause I don’t want to and shouldn’t 😬)
2) the coaches (especially Julia)
3) the playlists (especially when a coach has a clear theme- the time and effort of hitting ‘the drop’)
4) the admin/welcome staff (that know your name and your favorite starting spot number)
5) the visual display of your stats (and the competition it makes me feel)
6) rowing, FTW!
Great for mental health and getting stronger/improving cardiovascular health. Excellent staff and coaches, equipment in working order, good schedule, clean, close to my apartment!
It’s challenging yet doable and there’s variety to keep it interesting. Working out with a group is motivating as well as the coaches encouraging us and guiding us along the way.
Great coaches and staff, comfortable and clean facility, all the equipment is kept in working order, world class fitness program, nice members of different age groups attend classes, and a great way to start my day. Thanks!
